The 2K9 version of TARGIT BI Suite has been released. The official launch took place in the cities of Aarhus and Copenhagen, Denmark on April 21 and 22. The US Launch of the 2K9 version will take place in Tampa, Fl. on May 12 while the online launch is set to be in late May.

At the two launch days in Denmark, CEO Morten Sandlykke spoke about TARGIT and how the company is handling the financial crisis and how BI can help other companies to control costs during these difficult times. He also presented the latest BI Survey 8 in which TARGIT once again excelled. CTO Morten Middelfart introduced the new features and improvements in TARGIT BI Suite 2K9. His focus was on the new Sentinels technology. "I see a great potential in the Sentinels and the response from everyone attending was extremely positive. Everyone seemed interested and enthusiastic about the Sentinels", Morten Middelfart said afterwards.

The technical details in the 2K9 version were demonstrated by Head of TARGIT University Ole Dyring and Consulting Services Chief Jesper da Silva.

Senior VP of Sales Flemming Madsen and BI Acceleration Chief Dennis de Gier focused on TARGIT's BI Accelerators for i.e. MS Dynamics. Flemming Madsen explained how the BI Accelerators (BIA) make TARGIT BI Suite even more sellable. With a BIA for i.e. SAP Business One, you can install a TARGIT BI Suite-solution in just hours. This makes TARGIT BI a small investment. Dennis de Gier demonstrated how easy it is to implement a BIA.

According to the evaluation forms, the attending resellers expressed great satisfaction with the launch events.
