The OLAP Survey 6 concludes: TARGIT BI Suite the most popular European client tool for MS Analysis Services

The world’s largest survey of the business intelligence market has recently announced that TARGIT BI Suite is the most widely used European client-tool for Microsoft Analysis Services. The Survey also concludes that 73 percent of those who consider TARGIT BI Suite end up as users when they have experienced the products. So far, this has brought the number of TARGIT users to 129,000 world-wide.                                                                                                      

Hjørring, February 19, 2007, – TARGIT, Denmark’s largest developer of business intelligence (BI) tools can boast about being the supplier of the most widely used European client-tool for Microsoft Analysis Services. This is the conclusion in Survey.com’s examination of the BI market, the OLAP Survey 6, which is the world’s largest of its kind.

The Survey has been made among 1,679 respondents and shows that 73 percent of users who get a live demonstration of TARGIT BI Suite chose TARGIT BI Suite rather than competing products. This is much higher than the average win-rate of 57 percent for all products in the Survey.

TARGIT has a close cooperation with Microsoft Business Solution – a fact which is also mentioned in the Survey. Microsoft is an OEM Partner to TARGIT and sells a special edition of TARGIT BI Suite as a fully integrated part of Microsoft Dynamics NAV. These OEM sales included, TARGIT has 129,000 users in 1,850 organizations world-wide, and the popularity of TARGIT’s BI tools are often explained with the solution’s user-friendliness, rich functionality and visual user interface.
