TARGIT is experiencing striking growth in all markets and after several years of intensively investing in the sales channel, the company has realized a million DKK profit during the recent financial year. During the last five years, revenue has grown by an average of 50 percent and management see no signs that growth will decrease. If anything, the growth will increase further.
Hjørring, April 19, 2006 – TARGIT has just finished its annual accounts, and after several years of investing in the distributor channel and the reseller channel at home and abroad, the company has now realized a million DKK profit for the year of 2005. TARGIT is Denmark’s largest developer of business intelligence software in Denmark, and no matter which market or segment you look at, TARGIT is growing. According to IDC, TARGIT is the fastest growing player in the Danish market - and in the rest of Scandinavia and, not least, the US TARGIT is also moving full speed ahead. Current employees at the Hjørring based company will notice this growth as they will be celebrating New Year with at least 20 new colleagues. This brings the total number of employees to 50.

We will use the growth and last year’s profit on consolidating ourselves in the market, continuous optimization and development of the sales channel and on growing organically and controlled in our focus markets”, says Morten Sandlykke, co-founder and CEO of TARGIT.
In the US TARGIT’s growth is the most striking, but also in Scandinavia resellers are practically lined up to sell TARGIT’s user-friendly solutions. User-friendliness has always been a central turning point for TARGIT. In the coming Suite 2K6 which is launched in May this year, TARGIT also expects to set an entirely new standard for the term user-friendliness and as few clicks with the mouse as at all possible. The simplification of the analysis tools are closely knit to the tendencies in the market where customers increasingly avoid the heavier systems that are complicating matters needlessly.
