The Polish Distributor Solemis Group has chosen to sell their distribution rights for Microsoft Great Plains and is instead betting their money on TARGIT’s business intelligence solutions. In this way, TARGIT will gain foothold in one of Europe’s new growth markets for information technology.

Hjørring, December 7, 2005 –TARGIT has just now signed an important distribution agreement with the Polish distributor Solemis Group S.A. The agreement gives TARGIT access to one of Europe’s new growth markets for IT and, as Solemis already has an extended distribution network, TARGIT expects to begin selling in Poland very soon. Solemis group has sold the company’s right to distribute Great Plains back to Microsoft and with that, they are concentrating heavily on TARGIT’s products. Solemis Group has invested a large amount in the distribution agreement with TARGIT and hereby the two parties have set the stage for a close and long-lasting cooperation.

At the present time, the Polish market for ERP solutions has, especially among the large and medium-sized companies, achieved a high level of saturation and therefore, as it is the case in many other countries, business intelligence shows signs of becoming the high-seller in the market. TARGIT, which already has a well-established distribution channel in export markets such as United Kingdom, US and Germany are experiencing progress in all markets, and for this reason, the company has not hesitated to enter Poland.
