Intelligent Clicks

TARGIT BI Suite gives you dashboards, analyses and reports in fewest clicks possible. We have set a measure for user-friendliness: number of clicks, and to ensure that TARGIT BI Suite operates with fewest possible clicks, we have incorporated as much intelligence as possible into every single click you make in the Suite.

Analyses with Few Clicks

With TARGIT BI suite you have two ways to create rich analyses with very few clicks: The user can create an analysis by either using the “drag and drop” analysis function, or by using the intelligent wizard: “I would like to analyse…”. The wizard guides the user through to the desired result by asking a series of questions.

By pointing the mouse to the info button in the analysis, an explanation box will inform you about the chosen criteria. This enables easy understanding of analyses.

Data in TARGIT BI Suite is never static – users can always delve deeper into an analysis using the drilling function. Simply click on the dimension you wish to analyze further and the properties will be assigned to all objects in the analysis.  

Intelligent Dashboards

The Intelligent Dashboard is a new and well-arranged way of visualizing the progress of the company. The dashboard will provide an overview of the company’s Key Performance Indicators through new gauges and trend indicators.

The dashboard automatically identifies the organization’s biggest problems and biggest opportunities and as you know from analyses and reports it is possible to click on any figure of interest to analyze it further. Intelligent agents can be used to notify changes in figures of your own choice.

The dashboard also allows for Timebar Drill & Simulation, which will reveal correlations among the Key Performance Indicators through time.

Dashboards (or Business Scorecards) can be created in very few clicks.

“I would like to create a report”

The easiest way to prepare a report is to start the report wizard and select “I would like to create a report…”. You are then guided, step by step, through the process. You are asked what data you wish to process in the report and what graphic elements you wish to support it with, and when you are finished, you simply click on “Go”. The report is then generated automatically and the user can choose whether the report should be printed or distributed electronically in the desired format.

Report data can be further analysed in TARGIT BI Suite. The user can simply click on a figure in the report to be transferred to an analysis of the figure in question. We call this revolutionary feature, Hyper Related OLAP.
