The company was established in December 1965 as one of the first computer centers of the ZETO network whose purpose was to introduce computer technology in business units and government administration. With a privatization procedure completed in February 1992 all rights of the state-owned predecessor were taken over by a new joint-stock business unit named: "ZETO S.A. w Poznaniu" Electronic Data Processing, Service and Trade, Joint Stack Company.
