SaaS Savvy Account Executive

Location: Aalborg or Copenhagen, Denmark

We are looking for an Account Executive with an entrepreneurial mindset and +3 years of software solutions/SaaS sales experience.

You will play a critical role in driving our growth and success. You will have an opportunity to significantly impact by developing and maintaining solid relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and closing deals.

You love solution selling, understand how to navigate and communicate with multiple stakeholders in an organization, and are motivated by the combination of delivering real customer value while meeting your targets.

 

Your Responsibilities 

You will be responsible for evolving, migrating, and upselling to an existing customer base while at the same time building a healthy pipeline of new prospects of direct clients and OEM partners. You will perform the following:

  • Manage the complete sales cycle in a defined territory, including nurturing contacts, conducting virtual or in-person meetings/demos, negotiating prices and terms, managing pipeline, and forecasting
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with customers to increase customer value and usage - driving sales and growth
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently exceeding expectations
  • Proactively seek out and pursue new business opportunities
  • Stay ahead of the competition by staying informed on industry / vertical trends and market development
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and demos that showcase the value of our solution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

 

Your Qualifications 

  • Consultative sales solution skills with the ability to articulate a clear, concise return on investment value statement
  • Proven track record of sales success within B2B Software solutions/SaaS sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Doer mentality with solid prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Good understanding of data, data analysis, reporting, and visualization
  • Experience and consistent track record in solution sales within the software industry
  • Excellent relationship-building and comfortable communicating with subject matter experts on management and VP level
  • Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under time constraints in a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-oriented environment
  • Experience with driving strategy and a vision for the customer's future

Will Be Considered a Plus

  • Worked with sales methodologies like MEDDIC or MEDDPICC or similar
  • Experience selling data-driven software, e.g., BI, CDP, MarTech solutions, etc.
  • Experience with OEM partners
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
