Content Manager, US

Location: Tampa, Florida

We are searching for a skilled and creative Content Manager with a combined passion for content and technology to help us create powerful English content for our business. We want you to evolve our brand through relevant and high-quality storytelling and content creation.  

You are a self-motivated and self-directed person with a journalistic approach that can reach out to the relevant stakeholders, both internal and external, to get the information and insights needed to create valuable content. 

 

Your Responsibilities 

You will beresponsible for developing and maintaining content and the content strategy to positively impact our short- and long-term sales and marketing goals.  

With a strong focus on quality and performance, you will: 

  • Create, edit, proofread, set up, and publish engaging content for a variety of channels such as: 
  • Website content (Pillar pages and topic clusters) 
  • Blog posts  
  • Customer stories 
  • Guides 
  • Sales and marketing collateral  
  • Videos  
  • Webinars  
  • Events and speaking engagements  
  • Press releases  
  • Newsletters 
  • Paid and earned digital channels 
  • Develop and manage a marketing editorial calendar 
  • Collaborate closely with the team to ensure brand consistency  
  • Follow industry-related news and generate new content ideas based on current market trends  
  • Interview customers, industry professionals, and other stakeholders and incorporate their expertise into content  

You will be part of our Sales & Marketing team based in Tampa, Florida, referring to the CMO in Denmark and collaborating closely with your marketing colleagues based in Denmark, Aalborg. You will also work closely with the Leadership and Product team. 

 

Your Qualifications 

Excellent English writing and communication skills are pre-requisite.  

We expect that you have a bachelor’s degree in creative writing, journalism, English, marketing, or related field preferred or above with minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience and possible experience with B2B and/or software. Experience with HubSpot or a similar platform is a plus. 

Furthermore, you: 

  • Bring strong project management skills and a track record of driving things forward and achieving results 
  • Have an intellectual curiosity in learning about the business intelligence industry, our technology, and market positioning 
  • Can gather and translate technical or complex ideas into concise, customer-focused messaging 
  • Communicate with all levels of management 
  • Bring knowledge of SEO and keyword research tools  
  • Always research and fact-check content assets 
  • Are authorized to work in the US (Greencard/US Citizen)
