Our company is looking for an Office Assistant to be responsible for handling clerical tasks in our office. You will be handling incoming phone calls and other communications, sorting, and reviewing mail, managing lunch, dropping checks at the bank, and performing other general office clerk duties and errands. The ideal candidate will also be able to manage course and event activities, including maintaining participant lists in our CRM system, etc.
This is a part-time role, approximately 20 hours per week at our office in Tampa.
