We are looking for an Office Assistant

Job Overview 

Our company is looking for an Office Assistant to be responsible for handling clerical tasks in our office. You will be handling incoming phone calls and other communications, sorting, and reviewing mail, managing lunch, dropping checks at the bank, and performing other general office clerk duties and errands. The ideal candidate will also be able to manage course and event activities, including maintaining participant lists in our CRM system, etc.  

This is a part-time role, approximately 20 hours per week at our office in Tampa.



  • Greet visitors in a professional manner 
  • Answer phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate party 
  • Process, sort, and route incoming and outgoing mail 
  • Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies; order and distribute office supplies as necessary 
  • Coordinate and schedule lunch for the team in the office 
  • Assist in packing and shipping of event supplies 
  • Managing course participants in our CRM (SalesForce) system 
  • Assist Sales and Marketing with various tasks related to data entry in the CRM System 
  • Perform other administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, correspondence, and conducting research 



  • High school diploma or higher 
  • Experience as an office assistant or in a related field. 
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently 
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to operate general office equipment 
  • Experience with SalesForce is an advantage but not a requirement 
  • Have a valid driver's license
