Job Responsibilities:

Our new Marketing Campaign Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing Marketing campaigns; tracking sales lead data; content development; maintaining promotional materials inventory; planning meetings and trade shows; maintaining databases; and preparing reports. You will be part of our EMEA team based in Hjørring (Moving to Aalborg, January 2018), referring to the VP of Sales and Marketing and you will be part of an International marketing team, where some are based in USA.

Job duties:

  • Create, run and optimize campaigns for our Sales teams and partner network 
  • Design digitally-integrated Marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers
  • Ensure all facets of the campaign is implemented correctly so we have all the tracking and reporting in place.
  • Use our BI tool to constantly evaluate ongoing campaigns and use the data to identify new opportunities for campaigns 
  • Write, edit, and proofread copy for promotional materials within Marketing campaigns
  • Take responsibility for the organization of any trade shows or exhibitions
  • Creation of landing pages and automation flows related to campaigns and events

Competencies and Skills required

Background: We expect that you have a relevant education at bachelor level or above, with at least 4 years of experience with B2B marketing. If you have experience from the software industry or a digital agency, it is an advantage.

Digital Experience: We expect you to have experience with designing and executing campaigns across many channels so you must have a strong understanding and possibly some hands on experience with SEO, SEM, Display Advertising, Social Media and affiliates

Software skills: We are a data company, so everything we do have a digital aspect to it, and we expect you to have experience with Marketing Automation, CMS and CRM Systems. You love to learn how to utilize new tools but ideally, you already have some exposure to Sitecore and Salesforce.

Management skills: As a Campaign Manager you will devise Marketing plans and you and external partners will deliver them. Therefore, in this role you will drive, motivate and follow up with anyone involved in the campaigns.

Communication skills: Excellent writing and communication skills are a pre-requisite, as you will frequently be tasked with writing copy for various marketing promotions. You must also demonstrate pristine speaking skills. You will be tasked with managing relationships with inside teams and third parties as well as persuade a non-marketing audience, such as senior level managers within the organization, of the wisdom of proposed campaigns. Danish and English is key, other languages is an advantage.
