Even though their TARGIT solution has only been live since January 2011, the independent automotive fleet management service company Fleet Support has already gained a great return on investment.
Fleet Support's customer retention is estimated to an average turnover per customer amounting to € 200.000, and with the Online Dashboard, they are able to attract new business deals, estimated to an average of € 200,000 per deal. Additionally, they have reduced costs by € 30-40,000 in ad-hoc reporting and € 40,000 in standard reporting.
