TARGIT inspires customers worldwide to optimize their solution and get additional return on their investment

In recent years, TARGIT has initiated several new concepts within Customer Relations in Denmark and in the US with the purpose of optimizing the users’ experience with TARGIT BI Suite. Now, the success will be spread out globally through TARGIT distributors worldwide. A team of TARGIT experts will focus solely on Customer Relations, and they mean to inspire the distributors to create awareness about the different offerings for the TARGIT users.

Optimizing the solution with Inspirational Meetings
All TARGIT customers are offered a yearly Inspirational Meeting. It is a meeting between the customer, their TARGIT reseller and a TARGIT representative. During the meeting, the Customer Relations team focuses on the customer’s specific TARGIT solution. New features, client types or modules that could be beneficial to the customers get introduced. By the end of the meeting, the customer will be better equipped for using and benefitting from the TARGIT solution.

Customers are also encouraged to get the most of their investment in TARGIT by signing up for relevant courses at TARGIT University.
