I would like to group customer types like shown below, and then hide VIP, Partners and Employees. So only Private and the Combined of VIP + Employees and Partners is shown either in a calculated field or another form of grouping. Is it possible?

Customer types (Original table)
- Private
- VIP
- Employees
- Partners

Customer types (what i want to show)
- Private
- VIP + Employees + Partners (Calculated field)

Yes. It is possible. Yous hould be using "Comparisons" (on the criteria tab).

Create one Comparison with two Comparison Elements. Assuming your original customer types are already in an exising customer dimension, each element is then defined by dimension criteria:

Element 1 = Private
Element 2 = VIP, Employees, Partners

Comparison elements can be placed on either axis (horizontal or vertical) of your cross tab.
I work as an employee with TARGIT A/S. Any statement made by me in this forum represents my own opinion and state of mind, and is not necessarily related to or representative of TARGIT A/S.
