Hello,

is there any possibility to show in the same picture the Top 10 positive and Top 10 negative customers?
Or do I always need to look on two separate pictures for that?

Best regards

Hi Elin

It is indeed possible - not with the built-in top/bottom lists though.
You just need to make your own top/bottom list using the calculation syntax.
(Something simular is actually part of the Calculations Expert course I have to mention :-))

You could initially sort your data in descending order.
Then do a count from the top in a calculated column- something like: count(d1,d1:0,m1) -
and a count from the bottom - count(d1,d-1:0,m1) in another calculated colummn.

Now you have identified the top 10 and bottom 10 in two columns. If these are your only calculated columns, they can now be referred to as column C1 and C2.

So finally by adding a visibility agent saying hide member on a condition like this sum(c1,0,m1) > 10 and sum(c2,0,m1)>10 you will have hidden all but the top 10 and bottom 10 of your crosstab.

Hope it makes sense.
