How can I show the dimension name and all of the measure value by 0 to empty result

In addition to the answers provided in Ole's link, you could also simply create a new connection to the cube where you 'uncheck' Non Empty Queries under Additional Settings. You've got the Enterprise version of the ANTserver so you can have multiple connections. You would then choose the new cube/connection for those analyses where you'd want to show all dimension members regardless of the measure value ... and the old cube/connection when you only want to show dimension members that have a non-empty measure value. As pointed out in Ole's link, best practice recommendations would be to generally use the old connection; the new connection should only be used when really needed.
