Hi.

I've made a simple bar chart consisting of the bars:
- Result
- Budget
- Result last year

"Result last year" is made through a comparing to last year.
So basically the coloums are:
- Result this year
- Budget this year
- Result last year
- Budget last year (hidden)

When creating the bar chart this gives me a problem. Instead of creating three different colours on the bars, the two bars for this year are red and the bar for last year is blue. This is because the bar chart makes coulors based on the first coloumn headlines (the comparison).

When I try to change the colors through "element colours", I can only change the two comparison colours.

What do I do?

Hi Morten,

You will need to "copy" the four columns into four different calculated columns. These calculated columns can be colored differently.

Best Regards,
Ole

Hi Ole.

Thank you for quick reply.
There's room for improvement here, but now I can carry on.

Thank you.
Morten.

+1.

Comparison are so powerful.

This is not consistent: they should react the same way with measures and calculations and in this specific case create specific and modifiable colours on calculation, as they do on measures.
