Hi,

Any idea why targit net show error message "all licenses used"

Hi Phua

To check what the current status concerning licenses is, you will need to access TARGIT Management Studio.

In TMS you can first check the license tab to check your stock of licenses - then click the login tab to see how many licenses has actually been used.
If you disagree with the info shown in this dialogue you should rightclick and choose show all logins.

Now you get a full view off which licenses has been assigned to which users.

Note that TARGIT licenses are named users, meaning that if a certain user at some point in time has logged in and been assigned a license, he will hold this license forever.

So in the full list of logins you may find "old" logins off users who, for some reason, logged into TARGIT a long time ago, and since then has been holding a license. The users should be deleted from the list off all logins - which will release the license held by the user in question.
