Hi all,

I have a scheduled job setup with TMS, where I each dayy export a report by email.

The problem is when I recieve the mail on my iPad and open the mail with the standard iOS mail app, then I'm unable to open the pdf-attachment. It simply does not recognize the file - because it is at the time a BIN file.

But, when opening the mail with Outlook on my PC, then there is no problem. The mail application recognizes it as a pdf.

I've read that it has something do with the way Targit is configured to send mails.

Does anyone know a solution to this other than not using Ipad's (which is not an option)?

Hi Michael

Do you use spaces in the filename? If yes, then change the space to underscore.
It helped us.

Hi,

That seemed to solve some of the problems. I've also changed the danish letter Æ,Ø and Å to ae, oe and aa that seemed to fixed.
