Hi everyone,

I have created a table in which data seem to be grouped. I want this table to show all values without groups.

Can I do this? I am an Advanced user.

I would highly appreciate any help!Thank you!

Hi Katarina

Go to Properties and then Visibility and mark what you want to hide. :-)
Best regards

Hi Katarina,

Hiding the group labels via the Visibility option will just that. However, the data will still be grouped.

Suppose you want to see all your customers in a simple list in alphabetical order. However, currently your customers has been build into a hierarchical dimension with, let's say, two levels: Country / Customer.

First, check if the Customer dimension, together with hierarchy, actually contains a simple attribute with just customer names. Using the attribute instead of the hierarchy will solve your problem.

If you are unfortunate to not to have the simple attribute, you can still do it with the hierarchical dimension:

1. Right click the Customer column header to sort by customer names.
2. Go to Properties to disable "Hierarchical collation" (button next to the Traffic light).
3. Go to Properties / Visibility to hide Country labels.
