When exporting from a data table/crosstab to Excel, time numbers lose the formatting and show as a decimal number. Even if the Measure's format string is set to "hh:mm:ss" in the cube properties.

In Targit the measure displays as "2:56:43" and in a pivot table created directly from the cube, Excel also displays "2:56:43". If I use the data-export of Targit, the resulting spreadsheet shows 0.122719. Which is the underlying data without the Format_String of the measure.

Is there a way to preserve the format in the excel export?

Hi Simon,

This is a known bug that will hopefully soon be corrected in a future version.

Thanks for your feedback.
