Is it possible to schedule several reports for delivery in a single e-mail? I have three reports which I want to deliver to the same group of people once a week, so to avoid filling the inbox with three e-mails it would be nice to only send only one.

I haven't found any place where I can select multiple reports for scheduling.

The closest you can get to this is by creating a Report Collection from those three reports. A Report Collection can be send in one email, however not as three separate files in that email. The Report Collection will combine all three reports into one PDF file.

Is the collection linked to the three reports and stitched together each time I open it? I want to avoid double maintenance if I change something in one of the reports.

If you have a report collection made up from, let's say three reports, changes made to any of these three base reports will be automatically reflected in the stitched report collection.

Thanks for the help. I tried to make a collection, it worked, however I'm not able to schedule it. The "Schedule for export" option is greyed out and not possible to click.

Does this mean I have to buy the advanced reporting add-on?

Yes, I am afraid so. Scheduling Report Collections is part of the Advanced Reporting add-on module.
