Hi everyone.

We have just installed the new 2014 hotfix1 on our server. While testing on the server, i have had no issues with the client.

Now we have installed the Windows client in our Citrix enviroment. The shortcut shows up, and logs on the the correct server. I can see all the analysises and reports.

But all documents shows up white blank.

Do you have any idea of what could cause this?

(we formely ran 2k11 without any problems)

Did you follow the upgrade path in the installation guide?

You need to be on build 5418 to upgrade to a 64 bit version of TargIT.

Thanks for your reply Rasmus.

The problem was that the client and servers was not identical builds.....
