Another user created an analysis with calculations. He wanted the calculations repositioned in the crosstab. He was not able to move them. I tried it. I can move the columns in some unlocked crosstabs, but not others. For the ones that I can't move the columns, I get the same symbol as I get when I try to move columns in a locked crosstab. I thought it might be a permissions issue for the other user, but I have more permissions than he does and I have the same issue.

I appreciate any assistance!

Hi Judy,

I believe that the challenge you are facing has to do with the way the calculations has been created.

If the calculation has been inserted as a column it is very flexible and can moved by using the mouse.

If the calculation has been inserted as a calculation you can only change the order of the calculations by clicking "move up" or "move down" on the calculations tab. Obviously this function only works when there is more than one calculation.

Best regards
