I have a daily scheduled HTML job which exports a report with a crosstab in as html. Some days there are empty result and this makes the scheduled job fail instead of exporting 0 qty and amount. This results in that the html-file from the last day with a non empty result will be displayed until the next export with non-empty result.

Any suggestions how to solve this? 0 sold of a product one day is just as important to display as 100 sold of the product.

I tried to solve it with a comparison showing last three days and then make two new calculated column(qty and amt) where 0 is inserted if qty or amt = 0, and then hide the last two rows in the comparison to show only yesterday. This makes the first row in the comparison to display 0 or the sold qty or amt. But solving it this way is not what I want because it's not possible to insert dynamic caption in the comparison element title, I need the date to be displayed as dynamic caption.

Depending on how you designed your report, you may benefit from introducing a measure into your report that always returns a value, e.g "1". That measure may then be hidden, but it will ensure that dimension members will be shown even if their primary measure is blank.
