Hi All

I have a measure in our cube that converts a time dimension into a number of seconds since 00:00:00 eg a value of 36000 seconds can be formatted as time 11:00. I want to find the MIN and MAX of this measure at a parent level and hide all the child rows (I am using two dimensions)

MAX is no problem as I use max(d1, all(c), m1, 0).

MIN is not working out for me - If there is no value for the measure I get a zero. Is there a way to get the MIN but ignore the zero lines?

Thanks

Ray

Hi Ray

It is possible to hide zero via "Visibility Agents" and then do:
min(d1, all(c,v), m1, 0).

Where v = visible rows. I.e. min of visible roes.

In "Visibility Agents" choose "Hide value" and set the "Agent condition": value <> 0
Best regards

Páll, CTS

Hi Páll

I left out my other restriction - I want to hide all the details lines and only show a total for each 'first' dimension so Hide does not work for me :(

I have had another suggestion from Ole which works - Create a new calculation and set any zeros to a high number. I can use this new column for my Min calculation :)

Thanks

Ray
