I have successfully configured Targit Touch Server like this (Website: Default Web Site, Application:/TouchServer , ANTserver Address: 41.78.*.* i.e my public ip ) and I am able to access my dashboards on the web browser using a local admin account, how ever it's proving to be a headache when i try to configure my android app, i have added the server in the form of http://41.78.*.*/TouchServer . when i try to login using the same admin account i get an 'Access Denied' error. What I'm i doing wrong ? is there some comprehensive documentation out there that can shed some light on the configuration process ? I will appreciate any help.

Hi Kangethe

A lot of information regarding configuration is available, in the TARGIT Installation and Configuration Guide which is available within the TARGIT Portal (portal.targit.com) to registered customers.

Did you use the Touch Server Configuration Tool?
https://www.targit.com/e...hserverconfigurationtool

TARGIT Touch Server relies on the Internet Information Services (IIS) webserver.
Addressing pitfalls when configuring IIS, you can lookup resource documentation on e.g. https://www.iis.net/

It is imperative to get the IIS link right when setting up your device.
