I need to setup a performance dashboard for every single employee to be presented with by 'Targit Anywhere'. However, an employee should only be able to see his/her own specific performance.

In the analysis itself this is easily filtered through a table called 'ressource', but I cannot figure out how to set up the initial forced criteria to equal the logged-in user.

The 'ressource' table includes all employee-initials and those initials are similar to the login user-names.

Any ìdeas how to solve this?

Hi Palle,

You can use the TARGIT security Role in TARGIT Management.

1) Right Click and choose New role
2) Criteria tab -> Forced Criteria
3) Members tab -> Choose the users for this role

Thanks Páll :)

However, I don't think this will solve my case.

Because doing so I would have to setup a new role for each employee, e.g.
1) create a new role for employee Thomas,
2) setup a forced criteria being 'resource'='Thomas'
3) attach Thomas to this role and
4) create the next role for the next employee.

We are 250 emplyees so that would demand too much manual management.

Hi Palle

Depending on your data source, there are some possibilities, securing your data in a dynamic way.

In most cases, a very specialized IT knowledge is required to avoid the cumbersome method of manual security management.

You could call out to your BI supplier for assistance.
