I have created a crosstab with 2 nested dimensions (attribute hierarchies) on each axis.
On the x-axis i have placed "product group" on top and "year" underneath.
My global critera is set to 2011+2012.

I also have 2 nested dimensions on the y-axis. (names are not important)
I'm showing 3 measures for each column.

My problem is, that I don't have fact entries for both years for all my product groups, which means that for some columns (product groups) I only have the 2011 column underneath. This means that one of my measures (a calculated measure) for those columns are incorrect.

I would like to be able to determine whether I have 1 or 2 years (siblings) under each product group. My initial thougt was to insert a calculated measure (flag) to determine the number of siblings (years) under each product group and take this into consideration in my calculated measure.

Can anyone suggest a formula for such a calculated measure in a crosstab such as this one.

Hi Tommy,

I have come up with something that is fairly simple, so I am afraid I am missing something. Anyway, have a look at the linked screenshot and let me know.
