From time to time I experience an issue with document triggers: When I try to edit a trigger, I am prompted with an error message, and I am not allowed to edit the trigger properties (source document or criteria). The erros message says "An item with the same key has already been added" - and then a lot of details starting with .NET exception data.

What is the reason and how do I resolve?

Hi Troels,

This is not an issue we have seen elsewhere, so someone needs to look specifically at your issue.

I suggest that you hand it over to TARGIT's official support at https://community.targit.com/en/support
