Launis streamlines their entire organization with TARGIT 

Danish production company Launis uses TARGIT in every department of their organization to keep an overview of their business. 

Launis started by implementing TARGIT in their sales department – it’s used in sales meetings to follow up on turnover, revenue, sales management, sales clerk level, individual markets- and customers. 

The biggest benefit for the sales department was e.g. it became much easier to drill into precise details about a sale. Later on, Launis chose to implement the TARGIT solution with help from NORRIQ in every department of the organization. Both the purchase and production department started using the solution. The production department benefits from keeping up with each production line – with few clicks they go from the whole overview into details about each area of the production. 

TARGIT is essential for pointing out the productions KPIs because they get a completely specific image of consume time and material usage. Another benefit for the production is that with few clicks they are available to calculate on usage of ingredients, commodities, and work-hours.

The CFO points out that the biggest advantage TARGIT has given them is the benefit of having all data and analytics tools stored in one place.
