Almost thirteen years of working with TARGIT partners and customers has given me a clear vision of the benefits of business intelligence and analytics within organizations and specific airports worldwide: Improve the entire experience for passengers and airlines from curb to gate by putting real-time access to critical KPIs into the hands of your airport management.
I have experienced some very complex scenarios where data is gathered and made available for the customers, and I still find it fascinating to see how TARGIT is used to distribute knowledge to users when displayed on monitors throughout an organization. I love watching solutions being implemented and progress taking place.
In an ever-changing world, we need to be able to support the customers' needs and give them new ideas to how they can use the software to optimize their business processes. Business intelligence and analytics is a journey that committed customers enter themselves. We support the journey, but in order to really embed the software in their organization, the customers need to be involved themselves.

When I'm not busy expanding TARGIT's market share of business intelligence and analytics for companies and partners, I'm always ready for a round of golf. I've recently picked up marathoning, and I love spending time with my wife and three lovely kids.
