The BI Survey 19 Ranks TARGIT No. 1 in Competitiveness for Embedded Products and a Leader Across 27 Categories in Five Peer Groups
Aalborg, DK – BARC’s The BI Survey, the largest and most thorough fact-based analysis of the business intelligence (BI) market currently available, was officially released with 2019 results.
The BI Survey 19 is based on findings from the world‘s largest and most comprehensive survey of business intelligence end users, and TARGIT is ranked no. 1 in competitiveness for embedded analytics-focus products and a leader across 27 categories in five different peer groups, including dashboard-focused products, ad hoc reporting-focused products, OLAP analysis-focused products, and embedded analytics-focused products.

The BI Survey 19 was conducted by BARC from March to June 2019. Altogether, 3,021 respondents worldwide answered a series of questions about their BI software. The survey offers a comparison of 36 leading business intelligence tools across 34 key performance indicators including business value, customer satisfaction, customer experience and competitiveness. Of the TARGIT customer responders, 53 percent used Version 2018, 21 percent Version 2019, 20 percent Version 2017 and 7 percent were still running Version 2015.
