The heavy importance of data discovery and self-service BI make it obvious that companies put an increasing significance on empowering everyday business users with access to important data and high-level insight. Companies around the world continue to move towards a data-driven culture.
Conversely, IoT analytics took a big hit in importance for 2019. While it is on businesses’ radar, it will likely take some more time for true value of a business’s own IoT data to unfold.
