to be taken for granted simply by implementing technologies. In my experience,
success comes from the total effort you put into addressing how technology can
help solve your everyday problems, and this effort must ring out in every
corner of the organization, involving all stakeholders.
My job is to
communicate the collective successes made by TARGIT customers and partners to
ensure and facilitate even more success. It’s a roll-out job that takes in more
stakeholders day by day. In some sense, we do the marketing for the customer’s
Business Intelligence department by expanding and explaining the range of application areas to
business users. Apart from evangelizing the good message of TARGIT Business Intelligence &
Analytics to relevant stakeholders, we put great effort into leveraging our
technologies and services by educating and supporting the product owners.
We take great
pride in making our customers successful. That’s why we’ve named our department
Customer for Life. That’s our ambition, and for lifelong relationships to
succeed, you need to listen to each other and to evolve together. That’s what
we want to do.
