Hi guys - we're encountering a login issue for a user, and we're not sure how to get around it?
A user has at some point ticked the "Save Password" box on the sign-in on the Targit Anywhere Web client (version 17.3). We are using Windows credentials to log in. Her password has now changed, and so as soon as she launches the login page, the credentials are filled in, and the page just hangs with the spinning dots icon. If she logs in on a machine she has never used, and DOESN'T tick the "remember" box, then she can log in fine, but if that box is ticked, the problem then spreads to that machine as well.
We seem to need a way to either forcibly remove the tick, or else clear the saved password credentials somehow?
If any of you guys have encountered this before, i'd be very glad for some feedback!
**EDIT** - We've worked around the issue by just reverting her network password to the previous one - as soon as we did that the Targit login worked again, and we've advised to untick the "remember" button, but i'm still interested to see if anyone else has encountered this?
