The Real Challenge Isn’t Collecting Data, It’s Creating a Culture That Acts on It

You’ve got the dashboards, KPIs, and reports, but are they changing what your people do every day?

In this session, Zach Hetterick of Harvesting Potential Coaching & Consulting shares how to turn information into action. Learn the three dealership culture types, why “dashboard-only” thinking stalls performance, and a proven five-step framework for connecting metrics to behaviors. Drawing on his experience implementing TARGIT at an 11-location ag dealership, Zach offers practical examples for boosting profit, retention, and team engagement.
