TARGIT Server Upgrade

Requirements

Appoint a dedicated contact person (plus a backup contact) to coordinate and share information.
A full backup of the TARGIT Server must be completed before the upgrade.
Upgrading to the latest TARGIT Mobile App (version 2023) is required to ensure full compatibility and access to new mobile features.
Please note that hardware requirements may be higher in some cases, as the TARGIT Server now handles more tasks simultaneously. Learn about Server, System, and Client PC requirements, plus Hardware recommendations.

This offer is only valid for customers currently running TDS versions 2019 to 2022.

Each upgrade includes the conversion of up to 10 classic reports. Additional reports will be converted at an hourly rate.

Only the production environment is included in the free upgrade. The test environment and other elements can be updated at an hourly rate. TARGIT will carry out the included upgrade tasks listed above.

The free upgrade does not cover migration from Windows Security, Signed Login, and Standard Security to OpenID.

TARGIT does not guarantee a specific timeframe for the upgrade. Scheduling will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Customers will be required to handle specific upgrade-related tasks and facilitate communication between their team and TARGIT employees.

Customers should not expect TARGIT staff to guide them through the upgrade step-by-step.
