Jakob H. Kraglund brings 30 years of experience in technology and professional services to his role as TARGIT’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Since joining the company in 2020, Jakob has led strategic initiatives to target key verticals and played an integral role in the company’s international expansion. His open, authentic leadership style and focus on exploring new business opportunities have significantly influenced TARGIT’s company culture, product roadmap, and growth plans over the past three years.
Before joining TARGIT, Jakob held the CEO position at several software companies, such as Traen (now Formpipe) and Cambio Healthcare Systems. He also spent nearly 18 years at the global consulting firm Accenture, where he worked as a Partner and Country Managing Director. Additionally, Jakob has served as a Board Member at various software organizations across Denmark and other regions of Europe. His contributions helped grow and develop multiple brands across global markets and industries.
Joachim Selchau Majlund is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at TARGIT, where he leads the company's financial activities. He describes himself as an “Intent driven CFO, motivated by turning challenges and opportunities into tangible business results.”
After earning a Master of Sciences in Business Administration and Auditing, Joachim spent several years as an auditor at EY before moving into management roles within the Finance departments of several logistics and manufacturing companies. Most recently, he was responsible for managing Elopak Denmark’s Finance operations as part of the company’s Danish management team.
Tommy Jensen has been part of the TARGIT team for more than 20 years. Today, he serves as the company's Chief Technology Officer (CTO), overseeing the product roadmap and leading the Development and Task Force teams.
Tommy's TARGIT adventure began in 1990 when he was hired as a Software Developer. He held many titles over the years and contributed to various initiatives and projects while on the Development team.
When working as TARGIT's Core Chief, Tommy founded TARGIT University, a program that offers training classes to customers worldwide, online and on location. Before becoming CTO, Tommy worked as Product Manager for TARGIT Suite and Vertical Solutions and spent over ten years as a Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Consultant.
Lise T. Luckow brings two decades of experience in leading marketing, communication, and branding strategy to her role as TARGIT’s Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). As the head of TARGIT’s marketing department, Lise leads all marketing initiatives across the U.S. and EMEA and collaborates closely with sales teams in both regions.
Lise specializes in building international and new markets for various global companies, with proven experience in China, Southeast Asia, and most parts of Europe and the Nordics. She has created and launched numerous data-driven marketing programs focused on the customer journey with an impact on the sales pipeline. Recognized in the Danish Marketing Association's The M List 2023, Lise continuously focuses on prioritizing the most impactful trends and opportunities for TARGIT's Sales and Marketing operations.
Lise has advanced expertise in leading strategic marketing planning and budgets, managing teams that deliver content, and all aspects of digital marketing, marketing automation, and end-to-end lead generation. She also brings an in-depth knowledge of omnichannel marketing and personalization combined with a passion for data to her work for TARGIT.
Tine Pihl Pedersen is TARGIT’s Director of Customer Excellence. She leverages over 20 years of experience in consulting, sales, and customer success to lead TARGIT's Customer Services department. Tine’s work brings together the post-sales teams, as well as the rest of TARGIT, in delivering customer value and a great experience for customers across all of TARGIT’s key markets and verticals.
Prior to TARGIT, Tine held various positions within sales, business development, and consulting, including Director of Customer Success Europe at project44 and board member at System Cleaners A/S. She’s passionate about developing customer success programs that align seamlessly with the customer journey and promote internal collaboration between multiple departments.
Kim Mortensen is the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at TARGIT, where he leads the commercial team of sales and pre-sales teams.
Kim brings a strong commercial background as a CCO and over a decade of experience in various C-level positions at scale-up Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) organizations, developing and selling data-driven sales and marketing technology.
His background in customer-centricity and execution through data-driven initiatives closely aligns with TARGIT’s commitment to building solutions that drive lasting value for its customers. Kim describes himself as an “extroverted leader who leads by example and gets energized by coaching and developing people to succeed.”
Prior to TARGIT, Kim held C-level positions at companies like Prezentor, Mono Solutions, and APSIS. Kim’s passion lies in unlocking new opportunities through the intersection of strategic planning, innovation, and commercial execution.
