Before TARGIT, Chris Gray, IT Director at Swiss Farms, had implemented Microsoft AX ERP for Retail, but found the platform had limited reporting and analysis tools. At Swiss Farms, Gray had experience with SAP Crystal Reports, but developing new reports was a tedious, time-consuming task.
