Tampa, FL – For the second consecutive year, the Dresner Advisory Services Wisdom of Crowds® Market Study recognized TARGIT as an Overall Leader in Business Intelligence.
Dresner’s annual Industry Excellence Awards acknowledge vendors with a leadership position in Analytical Data Infrastructure (ADI), Business Intelligence (BI), and/or Enterprise Performance Management (EPM). Tampa, FL-based TARGIT, a leading BI and analytics software company, ranked in the top right quadrant of both Customer Experience and Vendor Credibility in Dresner’s 2021 market study.
The report bases its conclusions on data collected from end-users, including current usage, key drivers, technology priorities, and future intentions and performance ratings. Dresner’s Customer Experience model examines real-world customer experiences, comparing various customer touchpoints to product and technology feedback. Vendor Credibility looks at a vendor’s customer relationships, evaluating perceived value against a “confidence” score.
