Support System

The primary support contact for customers will be the software reselling partner. If further help is needed, a support ticket can be submitted directly to TARGIT.

Support tickets must be submitted through the TARGIT Support System (TSS).

Portal

Apart from the Support System, the Portal also grants access to the Download Center. The Download Center stores installation files for all TARGIT releases – in case you were planning on upgrading your TARGIT solution to the latest and greatest.

If you do not have a login to the TARGIT Support System, please request one through our portal, and you'll receive an email with your login credentials.
