Aalborg, Denmark – BARC (Business Application Research Center) officially released its BI & Analytics Survey for 2024, which awarded TARGIT 19 top ranks and 70 leading positions across five peer groups. The company received multiple recognitions for its continued performance in Business Value, Visual Analysis, and Dashboards & Reports, among many other categories.
TARGIT also received 97% recommendation rating from survey participants based on the aggregate of "Definitely "and "Probably,” marking the sixth year in a row the company has received recommendation ratings over 91%.
TARGIT's inclusion and many recognitions in this year's survey highlight its dedication to BI excellence and customer satisfaction, both of which are evidenced in the company’s leading accolades for Vendor Support, Ease of Use, Distribution of Reports, Mobile BI, and Product Satisfaction. What’s more, 97% of surveyed users rate TARGIT's vendor support as “Excellent” or “Good” compared to 63% for the average BI & analytics tool.
Feedback from this year’s survey participants reflects TARGIT’s commitment to customer care, along with the performance and usability of its flagship solution, TARGIT Decision Suite. Participants specifically spoke of TARGIT’s “intuitive drill functions,” “fast support,” and a “great user interface” when completing the BARC survey.
