TARGIT appoints Len Emmick as CEO for the Americas

The TARGIT GROUP A/S Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Len Emmick has recently joined TARGIT U.S., Inc. as its new CEO.
Tampa, Florida  – The TARGIT GROUP A/S Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Len Emmick has recently joined TARGIT U.S., Inc. as its new CEO, bringing with him over 20 years of experience leading field operations for domestic and global software companies. 
In his new role, Len strengthens the executive leadership team by bringing his vast knowledge of ERP, business intelligence, advanced analytics, and artificial intelligence to TARGIT. Using modern methodologies and metric-driven processes, his teams have consistently delivered significant growth and shareholder value.

The fellow members of TARGIT A/S Board of Directors believe that with Len’s track-record in providing excellent leadership to his previous companies, he is the right choice to help steer TARGIT to the next phase in their growth as the company continues investment in global operations by increasing headcount nearly 30% and moving to a bigger, more centralized location with approximately twice the office space only four miles from the Tampa International Airport.  
Prior to joining TARGIT U.S., Len served in senior leadership positions for software companies, such as Maana, Pentaho, Cloudmeter, and Infinium. As SVP Americas at Pentaho, Len’s sales organization led the way in significant year-over-year growth resulting in 12X valuation and subsequent acquisition by Hitachi.  
Len holds a bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of South Florida and began his career as a solution consultant implementing IBM plant floor automation solutions.
